TTGG Launches Redesigned TravelGuidesFree Site and New Partner Management Platform

SOUTHAMPTON, NY – The Travel Guide Group, LLC launched the redesign of its leading website TravelGuidesFree.com, as well as a new backend platform to improve campaign and content management for advertising partners.

The revamped site improves user experience with updates including enhanced search capabilities and a responsive design to accommodate mobile users, with a more fluid interface and navigation. With more and more travelers becoming reliant on mobile devices for travel research and booking, the new design will help travelers access the information they need to efficiently plan their trips. Additionally, the site houses new content, including dedicated travel guide pages for each destination, high resolution images, travel tips, featured guides, a blog, and a refreshed weekly newsletter, to educate and inspire travelers. Travelers can now come to one centralized place to find information and request travel guides directly from the source– the destination marketing organization (DMO).

To provide an optimal campaign management experience for partners, TTGG also developed and launched a new performance-based platform which offers content management, dynamic reporting, improved invoicing, and enhanced lead validation capabilities. SOUTHAMPTON, NY – The Travel Guide Group, LLC has acquired all assets of OneBird, LLC, including the leading websites for the most active leisure travelers to find and request free print and digital travel guides. The active sites include TravelGuidesFree.com, TravelGuides.com, FreeTravelGuides.com, and TravelInformation.com, along with many other travel-related URLs. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

TravelGuidesFree is a reliable partner for destinations to generate qualified active traveler leads. The site reaches in-market leisure travelers, who are attracted to the efficiency and ease of use in finding travel information.

Many leisure travelers seek print and digital guides to help in their travel planning, including deciding where to go, what to do, and how long to stay. Within 90 days of requesting travel guides, most of these travelers have already visited or have made plans to visit a destination.

Destinations have been able to make their guides available to travelers on TravelGuidesFree since 2007, and many of the site’s destination partners have been active partners for more than 10 years.
